Questions, corrections, or a price that looks wrong? Get in touch.

If you are reporting a figure that looks incorrect, please include the market, the unit size, and the location if you have it. Prices here are read from operators' own published listings and are re-checked weekly, but a listing can be stale or mislabelled at the source, and a specific correction is the fastest way to get it fixed or withheld.

Storage Price Index is independent research and is not affiliated with any storage operator. For a question about a booking, a payment, or a specific unit's availability, contact the facility directly — this site cannot help with those.

Requesting removal

If you are an operator and you want your data taken down, it will be, the same working day you ask, and you do not have to give a reason. Write to contact@storagepriceindex.com and say what to remove — a single location, a market, or everything published about your company. Naming the pages or the addresses is enough; there is no form and no threshold to meet.

Removal means the underlying records are deleted, the affected pages are rebuilt without them, and the URLs are purged from the content network so they stop being served rather than merely stop being listed. Anything removed at a company's request is not collected again. You will get written confirmation of what was removed and when.

This is a standing commitment rather than a case-by-case decision, and the reasoning behind it is written down and public: the rates shown here are the ones operators publish on their own pages, this site sells nothing and carries no advertising, and every location it names links back to the operator's own listing. None of that is a reason to keep publishing something the operator has asked to have removed.
