Is a 10x25 the right size?
No unit rents floor more cheaply, and the stretch just before it is the cheapest on the ladder: stepping out of a 10x20 costs $16 a month for 50 more square feet, $0.32 each. What argues against it is stock. 2,175 branches carry one against 4,343 for a 10x20, and the shortfall is worst exactly where demand concentrates: Los Angeles, CA has one in 13% of its 144 branches, beside 81% in Kansas City, MO.
