Is a 5x5 the right size?
Nothing smaller is rented. A door, a lock, a slice of corridor and the staff time to let it cost the same on 25 square feet as on 300, so a 5x5 carries the dearest floor in the range at $1.36. Doubling into a 5x10 adds $20 a month and cuts that rate to $1.08. Availability is not the constraint here: Conroe, TX puts one in 100% of its 21 branches.
